Course Overview

Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training is a 1 year course that can be studied as a skill enhancement course for the people who want to work as a Yoga Instructor. The DYT course is structured to help individuals become well rounded, competent, professional and highly skilled yoga instructors .

To pursue Diploma in Yoga, candidates should have a minimum aggregate score of 50%-60% in class 12th from a recognized Board with relevant subjects. However, there is no restriction on the highest qualification i.e. candidates who have passed graduation are also equally eligible. There are no entrance tests for admission but there might be a personal interview or group discussion for final selection in this course.

Vikas Singh Rajput

Yoga has been a consistent presence throughout Vikas sir's life journey. Professionally, he holds a B.com degree, while excelling passionately as a cricket player. His journey began in Kolkata, India. As with any game, upgrading to higher levels demands a certain mental fortitude and a never-give-up attitude, which led him to explore other sports like martial arts & meditation.
His cricketing career came to an unfortunate halt due to multiple injuries he suffered. But, as they say, when one path closes, another reveals itself. Some Doubts You May Have Before Joining Our Yoga Teacher Training Course

No, students cannot enroll in two courses at the same time.

None except, students must have required qualifications to enroll in a YTT program.

You don't need to buy a lot of stuff to start doing yoga at your home. Two necessary things when practicing yoga are the right clothing and a yoga mat.

Though yoga exercises are best done on an empty stomach, you can eat something light an hour or two before doing a yoga class. This will keep your energy levels up. You can eat snacks that are easy to digest and that will help you stay loose while you practice.
